This is a great lightweight bench. Having a lighter adjustable bench for the home is great because it’s easier to use in my home gym which has limited space. Although the bench is light it feels quite sturdy and I haven’t had any issues with it what so ever. My only complaint is I would like a few more adjustable positions. I like to do both slight incline and decline, but I just throw weight plates under the bench to get the right angles.

So this bench is awesome!! The customer support was amazing. I was having a self inflicted issue with the bench on arrival. Colby was super supportive. Offered me some ideas as to the problem. And in the event it wasn’t solved was going to send me out a new one. That! Is customer service! I was placing the bench pin in the wrong hole, haha 30 second fix. Bench is sturdy and solid quality.
