Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to all of Canada!
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with a tracking number and expected arrival date. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We can only cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Contact us ASAP and we'll either cancel your order or arrange a return once you've received it.

Can I change my order?
Of course! You can change your order any time prior to your order being fulfilled. Give us a shout and we'll help with this.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship out and deliver all orders Monday to Friday, and are closed on weekends. If you placed an order on the weekend it will be shipped the following Monday.
If the product is in stock, it can take up to 24 hours to process it for delivery. Below are typical shipping times by region. These times are indications and we cannot guarantee them:
- Greater Toronto Area: 1-2 Business Days
- Non-GTA Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba: 2 Business Days
- Maritimes, Alberta, Saskatchewan: 2-3 Business Days
- British Columbia: 4-5 Business Days
Please contact us for shipping times to other locations including NWT, Yukon and Nunavut.
The above processing times do not apply to items on pre-order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all customers in Canada! There are no hidden fees, all you pay is the product cost plus applicable taxes for your province.
Do you take returns, and what is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
We do! There's no cost to our customers. We'll send you a pre-paid label and help you arrange for it to be returned.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns take up to 48 hours to process once they're received at our warehouse. Once we've processed it, we'll send you a full refund to your payment method and send you a confirmation email/receipt.
How long is your warranty?
We offer a 2 year warranty on all our products! Why? Our products and their quality are awesome.
