SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, it can take up to 24 hours to process it for delivery. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will be automatically provided a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Below are typical shipping times by region, however, these times are indications and we cannot guarantee them:
  • Greater Toronto Area: 1-2 Business Days
  • Non-GTA Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba: 2-3 Business Days
  • Maritimes, Alberta, Saskatchewan: 3-4 Business Days
  • British Columbia: 5-7 Business Days
Please contact us for shipping times to other locations including NWT, Yukon and Nunavut.  
The above processing times do not apply to items that are pre-orders or on back order. 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are no returns on our coaching packages.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@mvmntsports.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

We are happy to offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products. The warranty covers any and all manufacturer defects.
We do not cover warranty for any of the following:
  • Breaks or damage caused by the user
  • Normal wear and tear from user
In the (very rare) case the product arrives damaged, or breaks during use at no fault of your own, please reach out to us and we will replace the item at no cost.
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not cover breaks or damages from use.
Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
